Rage Room Policy

1. Age Restrictions:

 

Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the Rage Room without supervision.

 

Ages 10–17 are welcome with parental supervision and a signed waiver.

 

 

2. Safety Gear:

 

All safety gear including helmets, gloves, and eye protection must be worn at all times during your session.

 

Refusal to wear safety equipment will result in session cancellation without refund.

 

 

3. Clothing:

 

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dusty or dirty.

 

 

4. Waivers:

 

A signed waiver is required for each participant before entry. Under-18s require a parent/guardian to sign.

 

 

5. Behaviour:

 

Aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

Disrespect towards staff or misuse of equipment will result in immediate removal.

 

 

6. Alcohol & Drugs:

 

Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

If staff suspect you are intoxicated, your session will be cancelled with no refund.

 

 

7. Bookings & Cancellations:

 

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at management's discretion.

 

 

8. Damages:

 

Do not damage anything outside of your designated rage area.

 

Participants will be liable for any damage to the building or non-rage property.

 

 

9. Spectators:

 

Spectators may wait in our reception area but are not permitted inside the rage room unless otherwise arranged.

 

 

10. Photos & Videos:

 

You are welcome to film or take photos during your session.

 

Rage Release is not responsible for any damage to personal recording devices.
