What is Rage Release?Rage Release is a high-energy experience where you get to smash, break, and destroy items in a controlled, safe environment. It’s perfect for stress relief, emotional release, or just letting loose!

What should I wear?We provide all essential safety gear, including: Full face visors or goggles Protective gloves Coveralls Helmet (if needed) Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (trainers or boots). No sandals, heels, or Crocs.

Do I need to book in advance?Yes — sessions must be booked in advance via our website or social media. Walk-ins are not guaranteed due to limited space and preparation time.

What’s included in a session?Each session includes: Time in the rage room Full safety briefing and protective gear A stockpile of smashable items (allocated per session) Optional music selection On-site staff to supervise and support

How is stock allocated?We allocate smashable stock per session, so every individual or group gets a fair and satisfying amount to break. Want more? You can add extras or upgrades, like large items or themed bundles, during booking.

Can I bring my own items to smash?Yes — with prior approval. Personal items must be safe to destroy and must not include: Batteries or lithium-powered electronics Pressurised or explosive containers Hazardous materials (e.g. CRT TVs, chemicals) We reserve the right to refuse any unsafe item.

Is it safe?Yes — your safety is our top priority. All participants must wear full safety gear throughout the session. We inspect gear and tools before every booking, and our staff are trained in safety procedures and first aid.

What’s the age limit?Rage Release is open to participants aged 10 and up. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will need a signed waiver.

Can I film or take photos?Absolutely! You’re welcome to record your session. We’re happy to help take photos or videos, or you can bring your own tripod — as long as it’s set up safely and doesn’t interfere with the space.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Changes made with less notice may not be eligible for a refund.
