SPLAT ZONE – Disclaimer & Safety Notice

By participating in the SPLAT ZONE paint experience at Rage Release, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Mess Warning: This activity is intentionally messy. Paint may stain clothing, shoes, skin, and personal items. Rage Release is not responsible for any damage or staining to garments or belongings. Protective Gear: Protective items (e.g. ponchos, shoe covers) are provided but do not guarantee full coverage. Guests participate at their own risk. Old Clothing Recommended: Guests should wear clothing they do not mind getting permanently stained. A change of clothes is strongly advised. Health & Safety: Paint used is non-toxic, but participants should avoid ingestion or eye contact. Please notify staff of any allergies or medical conditions before your session. Supervision Required: Children under 12 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the session. This is not a drop-off activity. Glass Safety Notice:Every effort has been made to clear the room of any glass or sharp objects. However, due to the nature of our venue, some small debris may remain. Please wear appropriate footwear and supervise children closely at all times. Age Requirement: Minimum age is 7 years old. Waiver Agreement:By entering the SPLAT ZONE, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Rage Release and its staff from liability for any personal injury, property damage, or paint-related incidents. SMASH SESSION– Disclaimer & Safety Notice

I recognise that there are certain significant risks associated with the activities organised by Rage Release LTD. The risks include but are not limited to, serious bodily injuries caused by, smashing glass,plastic, metal or wood items, electrical items and or furniture, some of the items may use physical exertion to smash. I agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury I may sustain in connection with participating in activities organised by Rage Release LTD, and I release discharge Rage Release LTD, its owners, employees, representatives and agents from any liability for any injuries I may sustain, including injuries caused by the negligence of Rage Release LTD, its employees, owners or agents.
